We provide a comprehensive document service. We operate in partnership working as an extension to HR and management teams. We act for individuals in consumer disputes, employment disputes, breach of restrictive covenants, breach of contract disputes, defamation proceedings and contentious probate proceedings regarding wills and estates including claims by and against Personal Representatives and Trustees.
We are experienced in dealing with divorce and financial proceedings, disputes and proceedings regarding children, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, separation agreements and cohabitee and civil partnership disputes.
