Jo Adams and Anthony Kay founded Otium Legal in 2015.  

We are both seasoned lawyers with previous careers as Board Directors and Partners in national law firms. Jo also has held roles as a HR Director and as a Board and Governing Council Member at the University of Derby.  

We have helped businesses and individuals with a wide range of employment and litigation matters.
