Jo qualified in 1993 and is a specialist in employment law and employee relations.  She has experience in-house as a solicitor, a Partner in a national law firm and a HR Director in a global company. 

She handles disciplinary, grievance and performance issues as well as disciplinary hearings and  provides day to day HR support and advice. 

Jo advises on all aspects of employment law to clients across a range of industry sectors.

  Anthony specialises in employment law and is an experienced tribunal advocate.He qualified in 2004 and was a Board Director and Partner in a national law firm.

  He has particular expertise in handling contentious employment tribunal matters and provides training on employment law with a focus on improving employment practice. 

Anthony has represented national pub chains, one of the UK’s largest retail bookmakers, solicitors’ practices, local authorities, a multi-national brewer and one of Europe’s leading soft drinks companies.

      Sally qualified in 2001 and is an experienced employment solicitor practising across all areas of employment law. She previously worked as a Partner in a national law firm. 

She represents both employer and employee clients and has particular experience within the hospitality, leisure, retail, spa, pub, and restaurant sectors.

Sally is an experienced employment tribunal advocate. She also provides bespoke training on a variety of employment and HR issues.She is a tutor at Nottingham Trent University.

 Nermina is experienced in the fields of civil litigation and mediation and is passionate about getting results for her clients. Nermina qualified in 2009 and is a Director of two national UK companies and is bilingual. 

She has extensive knowledge in civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution and has acted for a wide range of large UK based companies, alongside representing SMEs and Sole Traders.

Nermina is a qualified mediator, offering dispute resolution services and helping businesses to settle commercial disputes in a fast and efficient manner, saving legal and court fees for her clients.
